Dear friends in Christ,

Hope this finds everyone well and fine.  Another subject of interest to me,  is the use of anti-depressants.   Is there anyone who isn't on anti-depressants?  Everyone I know or come into contact with are on anti-depressants.

They prescribe these drugs like there candy, and I don't believe people realize how dangerous they are.  If you don't have to take anti-depressants, please don't.  Don't get me wrong there are some seriously mental illness people in our society, who have to be medicate, and they take anti-depressants, for there survival. 

But, there are alot of people I know who don't need to be on anti-depressants, and are on these type of drugs.  I know you recall the death of Heath Ledger, well his death was because of the mixture of mostly anti-depressants, plus sleeping pills and pain pills.  All prescribed by a licensed pharmacist.  This killed him, and we must all be careful what medication we mix with anti-depressants.

I am on anti-depressants for Bi-Polar disorder, and I am very careful what I mix with these sort of drugs.  All I'm saying is if you don't have to be on anti-depressants, don't.  If you do watch what your taking with these drugs.  I say all of this as a caring person who loves her fellow man.  Take care I heed, enjoy your life, and live it to the best.
